Mrs. Huntley is Stricken at Home
Mrs. Theresa Katherine Huntley, 35, of 2140 Orville Ave., Granite City, w as dead on arrival at Centreville Township Hospital at 9:40 p.m. Monday . An inquest is pending by Dr. C. C. Kane, St. Clair County coroner.
Mrs. Huntley was stricken a the home of Richard Huntley, a brother-in-law , in Cahokia. She had not been under a doctor's care.
Mrs. Huntley, a native of St. Louis, lived in Granite City about 10 years .
Survivors include her husband Robert; three sons, Robert Jr., James and R onald; three daughters, Rita, Julia and Ruth; her mother Mrs. Julia Dowe r of St. Louis; two sisters, Mrs Cecelia Rudloff of Victorville, Calif. , and Mrs Mary Ann Hines (s/h/b Hames) of Dayton, Ohio, and four brothers , John, Clarence, Thomas, and Francis Dower, all of St. Louis.
Services will be from the Pieper Funeral Home, Granite City, to St. Eliza beth's Catholic Church for 9:30 a.m. requiem mass Friday. Recitation o f the rosary will be at 8 p.m. Thursday.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemet ery, St. Louis.
Note:
Theresa Katherine Dower Huntley was not buried at Calvary. Her final res ting place is Lot 735 Section G of Jefferson Barracks National Cemetary i n St. Louis County Mo. Date of internment May 15, 1964.
